Ciphercup Technologies Pvt Ltd is a web design and development agency working since 2014. We build business websites, e-commerce stores and custom web applications, and we offer website maintenance, digital marketing, graphic design and product photography. Having all of these under one roof means fewer handovers and one team that understands your business from start to finish.

Our headquarters is in HSR Layout, Bangalore, near the BDA Complex, and we have a second office on MG Road North End in Ernakulam, Kochi. You are welcome to meet us at either office by appointment, Monday to Saturday between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM IST. Full addresses and directions are on our contact page.

Yes. Alongside clients across India, we work with businesses in the Gulf, including Qatar and the UAE. We manage projects through video calls, email, WhatsApp and shared staging links, and can schedule meetings to suit your time zone. Quotes can be discussed in INR, and we can advise on payment options for international clients.

We will arrange a short discovery call to understand your goals, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and an itemised quote. Work begins once you approve the proposal and the first milestone payment is made.

Yes. We treat all client information, logins and business data as confidential, and we are happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details. Our team is expected to follow professional and business ethics at every stage, which includes careful handling of passwords and customer data.

Prices depend on scope. As a guide, our Starter Business Website starts from ₹14,999 and our WooCommerce E-commerce Store from ₹59,999, while custom websites and web applications are quoted individually. Our pricing page lists typical starting prices for every package, and you will always receive an itemised written quote before any work begins.

Project work is billed in milestones rather than all at once. Typically, an advance is paid to start the project, a further instalment on design approval or a mid-project stage, and the balance before the website goes live on your domain. The exact milestones and amounts are set out in your proposal so there are no surprises.

If you cancel before any work has started, we refund the amount paid minus any payment gateway charges. Once work has begun, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable, since time and resources have already been committed to your project. Full details are set out in our refund policy, and we are always happy to discuss any concerns first.

Monthly plans, such as the SEO & Digital Marketing Plan, can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and we continue the agreed work during the notice period. The annual Website Care Plan can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund minus gateway charges if no work has been done; after that, unused full months are refunded pro rata. Prices shown on our website are typical starting prices, and applicable GST is added as per prevailing rates unless stated otherwise. Your written quote and invoice will clearly show the taxable amount and GST separately. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins and advertising budgets are also listed separately.

A starter business website of up to five pages usually takes one to two weeks, a CMS website of 10 to 25 pages around three to five weeks, and custom web applications six weeks or more. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your content and feedback, so we share a content checklist at the start of every project.

Yes. Every website we build is responsive and designed mobile-first, because a large share of visitors in India browse on smartphones. We test layouts, menus, forms and buttons on different screen sizes and browsers before launch, and we optimise images and code so that pages load quickly even on slower mobile connections.

Yes. Most of our websites are built on WordPress or include a custom admin panel, so you can edit text, images, blog posts and products without coding. We provide training at handover. If you would rather not do it yourself, our Website Care Plan includes up to two hours of content edits every month.

Yes. We often redesign websites that look dated, load slowly or do not work well on mobiles. We review your current site and analytics, keep the content and pages that work, set up redirects so you do not lose search rankings, and rebuild the design and structure around your current business goals and customers.

You know your business best, so we usually ask for content in the form of text, bullet points or existing brochures. Our team then edits it for clarity and structures it for the web. Professional copywriting can be added if you would prefer us to write the content from scratch, and we can also help source suitable images.

Most of our online stores are built on WordPress with WooCommerce. It gives you full ownership of your store and customer data, has no per-sale platform commission and offers a large range of extensions. For unusual requirements, such as complex B2B pricing or custom workflows, we develop additional features in PHP and Laravel.

We integrate the major Indian payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue and Cashfree, supporting UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and can add Stripe or PayPal for international customers where eligible. Gateway providers need business documents and live policy pages before approval, so we help you prepare those early in the project.

Yes. We configure GST rates and tax-compliant invoices, delivery zones and charges based on location or weight, free shipping thresholds and cash on delivery with sensible limits. Where available, we can also integrate courier services for shipping labels and tracking updates so your team spends less time on manual order processing.

WooCommerce comfortably handles anything from a handful of products to large catalogues when it is hosted and configured properly. Our E-commerce Store package includes uploading up to 50 products, and larger catalogues can be uploaded for an additional fee, often using bulk import from a spreadsheet you prepare. We also advise on suitable hosting for your expected traffic.

Yes. Every store we build uses an SSL certificate, a reputable payment gateway that handles card details on its own secure systems, strong admin passwords, security plugins and regular backups. Keeping a store secure also needs ongoing updates, which is why we recommend our Website Care Plan once your store is live.

Our Website Care Plan includes WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring, security monitoring and malware scans, SSL and domain renewal tracking, and up to two hours of content edits every month. You also receive a monthly health report summarising what was updated, what was fixed and what we recommend next.

We help you choose and set up a suitable domain and hosting plan, and we manage domain and server configuration as part of our services. We strongly recommend that the domain and hosting accounts are registered in your company's name and email address, so that you always remain the owner and keep control of them.

Yes. We maintain websites built by other agencies and freelancers, especially WordPress and WooCommerce sites. We begin with a health check of the hosting, theme, plugins, security and backups, fix any urgent issues, then move your site onto our regular schedule of updates, monitoring and reporting. Any significant clean-up work is quoted before we start.

Our uptime monitoring alerts us when a site on a care plan goes down, and we start investigating straight away. If a site is hacked, we restore a clean backup or remove the malware, change compromised passwords and close the vulnerability. Clients without a plan can still contact us for emergency recovery, which is quoted separately.

SEO builds gradually. Technical fixes and Google Business Profile improvements can show early movement within about three months, while stronger and more stable results usually take six to twelve months, depending on competition and your website's starting point. For faster results during that time, paid advertising can bring visitors immediately while SEO builds in the background.

No. Nobody controls Google's search results, and any agency guaranteeing rankings should be treated with caution. We follow Google's published guidelines, fix technical issues, create useful content and strengthen your local presence. We then report honestly on rankings, traffic and enquiries every month so that you can judge the value of the work yourself.

Local SEO helps your business appear when people nearby search for what you offer, including in Google Maps results. If you serve customers in a particular city, such as a clinic, school, showroom or caterer in Bangalore or Kochi, it is usually one of the most valuable marketing investments. It covers your Google Business Profile, local pages and reviews.

No. Our fees cover strategy, setup, creatives, optimisation and reporting. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google or Meta through your own account, so you keep full control and can see exactly how it is spent. We recommend a starting budget based on your goals, location and competition, and adjust it as results come in.

It depends on where your customers spend time. Instagram and Facebook usually suit retail, food, fashion and lifestyle businesses, while LinkedIn works better for B2B services, manufacturers and recruitment. We generally recommend doing one or two platforms consistently well rather than spreading effort thinly across every network, then expanding once a routine is established.

The Brand Identity Kit starts from ₹9,999 and includes a custom logo with three initial concepts and up to three revision rounds, logo variations, a colour palette, typography recommendations, business card design, social media templates and a short brand guide. Final files are supplied in vector and web formats, and you receive full rights to use them.

Yes. Once the project is fully paid, you receive the final files and the right to use them for your business on your website, social media, marketplaces, packaging and print materials. Working files and any licensed stock assets may have their own terms, which we explain in your quote where they apply.

You send clean, labelled product samples to our Bangalore or Kochi office along with a product list and any reference images. We agree a shot list, photograph the products under controlled lighting, share previews for selection, then retouch and deliver the final images sized for your store and social media, usually within five to seven working days.

Yes. Items such as furniture, machinery or large displays are often better photographed at your showroom, factory or a styled location. On-location shoots are quoted separately based on travel, set-up time and the number of shots. We visit beforehand or review photos of the space to plan lighting and angles where needed.

Yes. We design brochures, booklets, catalogues, flyers and stationery, and deliver press-ready PDFs with correct bleed, margins and CMYK colour settings. We are happy to work with your preferred printer, review proofs before the final print run, and combine the design work with our product photography for a consistent, professional result.
