This Service Delivery Policy explains how Ciphercup Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Ciphercup”, “we”, “us” or “our”) delivers the services and packages you buy from us, what to expect after you place an order, typical timelines, how files and credentials are handed over, and how sign-off works. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital delivery, no physical shipping
All Ciphercup services are delivered digitally. When you buy a package from our shop or accept a proposal, you are buying a service, not a physical product, so nothing is shipped to you and no shipping charges apply. Deliverables reach you in one or more of these ways:
- a website or online store published on your domain and hosting;
- a staging (preview) link for review before launch;
- files shared through a secure cloud storage link or by email;
- access credentials shared through a secure method;
- reports and updates sent by email.
The only physical items we handle are products that clients send us for product photography, which we return by courier as explained in section 5.
2. Order confirmation and onboarding
- Confirmation: after you place a shop order or pay the advance on a proposal, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment.
- Welcome contact: within two business days, a member of our team will contact you by email or phone to introduce your point of contact and schedule a kick-off call.
- Requirements: we will send a short onboarding checklist asking for what we need to start, such as your logo, content, product list, reference websites, brand colours, and access to your domain, hosting or social media accounts.
- Kick-off: on the kick-off call (by phone or video, or in person at our Bangalore or Kochi office by appointment), we confirm the scope, timeline, milestones and how we will communicate.
- Schedule confirmed: the project timeline starts once we have received both the payment and the essential materials on the checklist.
Our team works Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, excluding public holidays.
3. Typical timelines by package
The timelines below are typical estimates in business days, starting from the date we receive payment and the essential materials. Custom projects follow the schedule in the proposal. Larger scopes, extra revision rounds, delayed feedback or third-party approvals (such as payment gateway activation) can extend them.
| Package | Typical timeline | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Business Website | 10 to 15 business days | Up to 5-page responsive website, live on your domain, with basic on-page SEO and contact form |
| E-commerce Store (WooCommerce) | 20 to 35 business days | Live WooCommerce store with up to 50 products, payment gateway, shipping and GST settings, plus a training session |
| Website Care Plan | Starts within 3 business days | Ongoing updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, monthly content edits for 12 months |
| SEO & Digital Marketing Plan | Set-up and audit within 10 business days | Monthly local SEO, Google Business Profile, content and social media work, with a report after each month |
| Brand Identity Kit | Initial concepts in 5 to 7 business days; final files in 10 to 15 business days | Logo, colour palette, typography, business card and social media templates |
| Product Photography Pack | 5 to 7 business days after products reach our studio | Edited images of up to 25 products on white background, plus 5 lifestyle shots, in e-commerce sizes |
Payment gateway, domain and Google Business Profile activations are controlled by the providers, and their review periods are outside our control.
4. Delivery of files and credentials
Once the final milestone has been approved and all payments are complete, we deliver the following, as applicable to your service:
- Websites and stores: WordPress administrator access, hosting and domain details (where we arranged them), a handover document listing installed plugins and licences, and a recorded or live training session.
- Design work: final files in agreed formats, such as AI, SVG, PDF and PNG for logos, and editable templates where included.
- Photography: high-resolution JPEG files and web-optimised versions sized for e-commerce platforms, shared through a cloud storage link.
- Marketing: monthly reports by email and, where relevant, access to accounts we set up for you, which are registered in your business’s name.
We share credentials through secure methods and never post passwords in public channels. Please change passwords after handover and keep your own copies of all files. Download links usually remain active for 30 days. We keep project files for a limited period afterwards (see our Privacy Policy), so we recommend saving everything promptly.
5. Product photography sample logistics
For product photography, you send us the products to be photographed:
- Book first: after ordering, we confirm which studio to use, Bangalore or Kochi, and share the address and a product checklist.
- Send products at your cost: you courier the products, securely packed, to our Bangalore studio (#40, 6th Sector, 12th Main, Near BDA Complex, HSR Layout, Bangalore-560 102) or Kochi studio (S 40, 8th Floor, Alapatt Heritage Building, MG Road North End, Ernakulam-682 035). Hand delivery by appointment is also welcome.
- Include a packing list: please include a list of items with quantities, colours or variants, and any special handling instructions. We check items on arrival and tell you within one business day if anything is missing or damaged.
- Shoot and edit: we photograph and retouch the products within the timeline in section 3.
- Return by courier: after you approve the images, we return the products by courier to the address you provide. Return courier charges are payable by you, either by sending a prepaid return label or by adding the cost to your invoice.
We handle all products with care. We recommend insuring high-value items in transit, as courier companies are responsible for goods while in their possession. Perishable, hazardous or restricted items must be discussed with us before sending. Products not collected or arranged for return within 60 days of the shoot may incur storage charges after a reminder.
6. Review, acceptance and sign-off
Each milestone ends with a review stage:
- We share the deliverable, such as a design, staging website or set of photographs, and ask for your feedback.
- Please send consolidated feedback within 5 business days. Revisions are made within the rounds included in your package.
- When you are satisfied, please confirm approval in writing; an email or WhatsApp message saying “approved” is enough.
- If we receive no feedback within 10 business days of delivering a final milestone, and after one reminder, the milestone will be treated as accepted.
- Using a deliverable in a live environment, for example launching the website or publishing the photographs, also counts as acceptance.
After final sign-off of a website, the post-launch support period described in your package or proposal begins.
7. Delays and communication
We will keep you informed of progress at each milestone and let you know promptly if anything is likely to affect the timeline. If you need to pause a project, please tell us in writing. Delays in providing content or feedback will move the delivery date by at least the same period. More information is in our Terms & Conditions.
