Pricing Projects

We build e-commerce solutions websites, e-commerce shopping carts, e-commerce storefronts and custom e-commerce websites that help you turn visitors into customers. From a boutique selling a few dozen products to a furniture brand with a large catalogue, Ciphercup plans and builds online stores that are easy to shop, easy to manage and secure. We provide features such as gift coupons, order management, inventory tracking and customer accounts, and we secure every store with a properly configured SSL certificate so that shoppers can pay with confidence.

Our team in Bangalore and Kochi has been building websites since 2014, and we understand what Indian online shoppers expect: fast mobile pages, familiar payment options such as UPI, cards and net banking, clear delivery information and quick order updates. We set all of that up for you, along with GST-ready invoicing and shipping rules.

Features that help you sell

A checkout that converts

Many abandoned carts come from unexpected costs, forced account creation or slow pages. We keep checkout short, show delivery charges early, offer guest checkout and make sure the payment step loads quickly.

Payments shoppers trust

We integrate RBI-regulated payment aggregators that support UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, and we can add cash on delivery with rules to limit risk. Our article on payment gateway integration in India compares the main options.

Easy store management

Your team can add products, update prices, manage stock, process refunds and download reports from one dashboard, without needing a developer for everyday tasks.

Ready for growth

As you grow, we can add multi-currency pricing for Gulf customers, wholesale pricing, product bundles, WhatsApp order updates, reviews, wishlists and integrations with accounting or inventory software.

Who it’s for

  • Retail and fashion brands moving from social media selling to their own store
  • Manufacturers and distributors who want to sell directly or take B2B orders online
  • Furniture, home décor and lifestyle businesses with large, variant-heavy catalogues
  • Food, catering and speciality product businesses that need delivery-area rules
  • Existing online sellers who want to replace a slow or hard-to-manage store

Technologies and tools

Most of our stores are built on WordPress and WooCommerce, which give you full ownership of your store and data, a large ecosystem of extensions and no per-sale platform commission. For unusual requirements we build custom features in PHP and Laravel, or a React front end connected to the store. We work with leading Indian payment gateways and international options for overseas customers, SMS gateways and WhatsApp messaging for order updates, and Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center for visibility and tracking.

Typical timeline

Store size Typical timeline
Small store (up to 50 products) 3–5 weeks
Medium store (50–500 products, variants, filters) 5–8 weeks
Large or custom store with integrations 8–14 weeks or more

Payment gateway approval usually needs your business documents and live policy pages, so we recommend applying early. Product data and photographs are the other big factor; our product photography team can help if you do not have images ready.

Tip: Prepare a spreadsheet with product names, SKUs, prices, variants and weights before the build begins. It saves days during product upload.

E-commerce — FAQ

For most Indian businesses we recommend WordPress with WooCommerce. You own the store and its data, there is no per-sale platform commission, and thousands of extensions are available. For unusual workflows, such as complex B2B pricing or marketplace features, we build custom functionality in PHP and Laravel and explain the trade-offs before you decide.

We integrate the major Indian payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue and Cashfree, which support UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. For international customers we can add Stripe or PayPal where your business is eligible. The gateway provider will ask for business documents and live policy pages before activating your account, and we help you prepare them.

Yes. Our E-commerce Store package includes uploading up to 50 products with descriptions, prices, variants and images, and larger catalogues can be quoted separately. Sending a spreadsheet with product names, SKUs, prices, weights and variants, along with organised image folders, makes upload much faster and reduces the chance of errors.

A small store with up to 50 products typically takes three to five weeks, and larger or custom stores can take two to three months. The biggest factors are how quickly product data and images are ready and how long payment gateway approval takes. We share a content checklist on day one to keep things moving.
