Who it’s for
The Website Care Plan is an annual maintenance plan for businesses that want their website kept secure, fast and up to date without hiring an in-house developer. It suits WordPress business websites and small WooCommerce stores, whether we built them or another agency did.
What’s included
- Software updates: WordPress core, themes and plugins updated regularly and checked afterwards so nothing breaks.
- Daily backups stored off-site, with restores carried out by us if anything goes wrong.
- Uptime monitoring with alerts to our team if your website goes down.
- Security: firewall configuration, malware scanning, login protection and monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Up to 2 hours of content edits each month, such as updating text, swapping images, adding a blog post or changing a banner.
- Renewal tracking for your domain and SSL certificate, plus form and broken link checks.
- Monthly health report summarising updates, backups, issues fixed and recommendations.
- Support by phone, email and WhatsApp during business hours, Monday to Saturday.
What you need to provide
Administrator access to your website, access to your hosting control panel and domain account (or details of who manages them), and a main contact person for content requests. When you sign up, we run an initial health check and let you know if any urgent fixes are needed before regular care begins.
Timeline
Onboarding, backups and monitoring are usually set up within two to three working days. Routine content edits are typically completed within one to two working days of your request.
What’s not included
Hosting and domain renewal fees, new features or pages beyond the monthly edit allowance, redesigns, major version upgrades of custom code, SEO or marketing work, and clean-up of a site that was already infected before joining the plan (quoted separately). Unused edit hours do not carry over to the next month.
